Problem analysis:

 1.Please judge the actual capacity exceeding the rated whether or not. For screening the powder using 20 mesh, the capacity of SFSC110x170 can reach 7t/h, and the FSFG1×83 or FSFJ1×100 can reach 3t/h.

2.The screen would be blocked easily if the material is of high oil content. Obviously, higher on oil brings smaller capacity.
3.On processing the ultra powder, the screening would be blocked by the peel and fiber of soybean if the sieve box couldn’t be cleaned on time.  
4.The material would stay longer on the loose screening, which can reduce the capacity. So make the screening be tension.
5.Make sure the sieve body is level and the hanging height of four suspenders is coincident.
